Introduction

Thank you for choosing to partner with 1v1 me irl for a speed dating event. This document outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits of holding this event for the partner venue and the host organization, 1v1 me irl.

Responsibilities

Partner Venue

The responsibility of the partner venue is to provide an event space for up to 30 participants to speed date, space/table for the host to share relevant information and check-in attendees, and a dedicated or partly dedicated server/bartender.

To ensure event success, partner venue advertising (existing fliers, mailers, posters, email newsletters, etc) is appreciated.

Partner Venue Benefits

The venue receives additional secondary advertising by proxy, as the location is being advertised by the event being hosted at the venue. 

Other potential venue benefits

• Profitable custom special orders (a special 1v1 me irl branded order or special, specialty drink, etc)
• Future events promotion (standee, poster, plug in match emails, etc)
• Discount coupons on future event tickets, drinks, food orders, etc
• Full venue before it opens/pre-open, such as a night club or other late-night only venue

1v1 me irl

The objective of 1v1 me irl is to provide a safe and fun speed dating environment where attendees can meet and socialize, while attracting new business to partner venues. As such, the responsibilities of 1v1 me irl are to provide advertising, ticketing, setup, hosting, relevant administrative, and customer services at the venue, and before and after the event.
